It's sounding more like torture than fear tonight as p_layer_s succumb to being pierced with long needles. As we've thought all along, eating things is not really scary, it's just plain gross, but somehow or other, this has made it's way under the fear umbrella and pretty much has become the show's signature. Friends and family of each of the singles get to meet and analyze the potential love interests and then viewers get to tune in and cast a vote on who they think is the best match. Oh, yeah, and the matched pairs don't get to meet until their engagement. Considering the divorce rate in America is over 50 percent and that's from people who actually choose their own, one can almost guarantee Dr.Phil several more seasons on the air.
