The Incredible Hulk is a superhero film based on the Marvel comic of the same name, set for release on June 13, 2008. It is directed by Louis Leterrier and stars Edward Norton as Bruce Banner, Liv Tyler as Betty Ross, William Hurt as her father General Thaddeus Ross and Tim Roth as the villainous Emil Blonsky, known in the comics as the Abomination. The film follows Banner as he flees the pursuit of General Ross and attempts a cure to rid himself of the Hulk. But when Blonsky injects himself with Banner's gamma formula and becomes an even greater monster, Banner must accept his own inner beast and defeat Blonsky. I gotta admit, I didn't enjoy the first Hulk film that much. What the first film lacked was the same thing that was missing in the Superman movies; an epic showdown between superpowered beings. Marvel's decision to reboot the franchise is still a bit confusing to me though, even if the first film didn't do that well I don't think they would've needed to re-do everything. |

Chris Brown, very talented R and B artist has released his album titled Chris Brown and Wow! It's good. This CD will grab your attention right from the very first note with Run It! and won’t let go until the very last note of the very last song Thank you, which by the way is another great track. Chris Brown is a pleasantly varied, mix of 15 tracks that are very well written songs by this clearly gifted artist. With many of the songs displaying a lot of the kind emotion that makes for a really great listen. Listen to Chris Brown and I believe you’ll find there's not much to dis-like about it. The songs are inspired, the production is simply outstanding, and Chris Brown's vocal work is in top form. If you're even mildly into R and B music you'll enjoy this album. |

As their lawyers engage in legal feuds in court custodial papers, the former couple Britney spears and Kevin Federline are more focused on business. Brits MTV music awards are approaching and she has been taking time at Alley Kat dance studios in L.A perfecting moves for the event, reported In Touch Weekly. Britney is planning it to be a big comeback performance,” a spears source has revealed to the magazine, and claims that Brits intention is to create a “shocking” revelation in the music video. Word leaked to the In Touch that the famous magician Criss Angel is part of Britney’s VMA premier show. The magazine reports that some acts have been canceled out due to their abrasive nature in the early stages of VMA organizing. One of the canceled acts included a dance routine of Britney Spears with ex-fiancés and husbands Justin Timberlake and Kevin Federline flashing on the screen in the back. Incidentally reports of another cancellation of a duet between Justin Timberlake and Britney. “Totally, patently false,” an insider reported to In Touch. |

This is a story of several women that bounces between early and late WWII times that tells of their work as Emergency Workers rescuing and helping those injured in the German air raids. In between the rescue work the women love each other to the point of hugging, touching, and kissing each other. One wonders if the war caused this abnormal style of life for that time in history or if they truly did love each other. There were some relationships with men, one of which resulted in a baby that was not wanted. |

In his book "The Writer Within You" award winning author Charles Jacobs provides the reader with a step by step guide to writing and publishing during the retirement years. This is a "hands on" how to book which covers everything from how to building confidence as a new writer right through to the process of revising, editing, and writing a book proposal. I personally benefited from the chapters on writing fiction and the ways it is similar to writing non-fiction and the important elements to be considered when writing either or both. I also gleaned a lot of good strategy in the material dealing with writing personal stories and memoirs |
